Private Matter

December 23rd, 2011 § 1 Comment

It’s always interesting to see “private” matters posted in Facebook. From declaration of undying devotion; a sweet letter to a friend; a dedication and respect to whom it may concern; or a naughty nudge to the spouse of what to be expected tonight.

For all it’s worth, I think the people who wrote this are sincere. They sincerely expressing their feelings and thought. In public.

Do I have problem with that? No, not really. It’s just I am a very private person. It amazes me, that some people are able to do this. Amazed and amused. Especially, when it comes to expressing feelings and inside jokes.

See, these feelings, are special. Don’t you think it’s something special between you and them, a little secret that the world wouldn’t be able to share, because they are not special enough? Don’t you think it’d be better to be addressed directly to the person, face to face, with the tone, the voice, and the proper expression? With the whole heart and soul uttering word by word. Don’t you think they deserve to hear, see and savor every single syllable?

Of course, I write, I know how powerful words and sentences can be. But it will never show the true feeling one has when one wrote it. It is up to the interpretation of the reader.

Instead, if you are courageous enough, look at them straight in the eyes, and with all your heart, your soul, and your might, tell them, tell them how wonderful they are.

§ One Response to Private Matter

It’s just the mystery of how God created human. No matter how powerful words are..also sentences that we wrote down on a piece of paper or type them on our Facebook status, eyes are ones that cannot lie. Deeds might show sincerity, but you can fake it as well. Depends on how much you earned your grade from your acting school.

But one thing for sure, it stars from the heart :-) You don’t say itu, you might not be able to show or share it, but you just feel it.
